PHYSICAL · Rise before sunrise. 5 min of Surya Namaskara at your own pace. MENTAL · Write a single-sentence Sankalpa in present tense ("I am becoming ___"). Read it aloud 3x. SOCIAL · Send one honest message of gratitude to someone you have taken for granted. SPIRITUAL · Sit facing east. Place right hand on heart, left on belly. Feel the Sankalpa root into the cave of the heart. Seal with three long exhales.
