Refund Policy

Dhyaanguru LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on our paid offerings, including the Jyotish Report and the Personal Japa ritual. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@dhyaanguru.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order date and (if available) the transaction ID from your receipt. We will confirm your request within 2 business days and process the refund back to your original payment method.

Timing

Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Personal Japa timing

For the Personal Japa ritual, you may request a refund at any time within 30 days of purchase, up until the ritual has been performed on your behalf. Once the sankalpa is made and the japa has begun for you, we're unable to offer a refund — but please still reach out and we will do our best to make things right.
