We share personal data with:

  • Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email, analytics, and customer support tooling that operate on our behalf.

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@dhyaanguru.com.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk.
