These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dhyaanguru website, content, and services (the "Service") provided by Dhyaanguru LLC("Dhyaanguru", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

You are contracting with Dhyaanguru LLC. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you are an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

2. The Service

Dhyaanguru provides a library of Vedic mantras, meditation content, guided practice tools, and paid personal offerings including the Jyotish Report and the Personal Japa ritual. Content is offered for spiritual and educational purposes and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently;
  • infringe the intellectual property or privacy of others;
  • interfere with security, upload malware, probe or scan systems, or scrape content;
  • resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the Service or its content;
  • circumvent technical limits or access controls.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it updated.

5. Intellectual property

Dhyaanguru LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, text, audio, video, imagery, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service and its content for your personal, non-commercial practice within your chosen plan.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, Inc., on behalf of Dhyaanguru LLC. Dhyaanguru LLC is the seller of record for all orders. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's checkout terms. Please also see our Refund Policy.

7. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete associated data after a reasonable window.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law forbids such limitation.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify Dhyaanguru LLC against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Dhyaanguru LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Courts located in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue.
