Method & standards

A spiritual undertaking should withstand intelligent questions.

This page explains what is performed, what participation means, where interpretation ends, and why no external result is promised.

01

Sankalpa

One central intention is stated precisely enough to guide practice while leaving the form of the outcome open.

02

Mantra

A selected sacred sound becomes the disciplined medium through which attention, prayer, and intention are sustained.

03

Cleansing

Prayers address heaviness, repetition, attachment, and karmic patterns as spiritual—not scientific or diagnostic—concepts.

04

Integration

The client observes carefully, maintains the assigned practice, and takes responsible action without manufacturing signs.

Why mantra

Not magic on demand. A disciplined relationship with intention.

Mantra is used here as a contemplative and devotional discipline. Repetition gives the mind a stable object, interrupts habitual internal narration, and repeatedly returns attention to the chosen sankalpa.

The metaphysical dimension is held as sacred practice, not presented as a laboratory claim. A client may interpret meaningful inner or outer movement spiritually; they are never instructed to abandon evidence, professional advice, or practical responsibility.

DhyaanGuru’s role is to undertake the stated practice faithfully, maintain the container, and offer grounded interpretation. It is not to control another person, command markets, predict the future, or certify invisible causes as facts.

Standards of practice

  • The scope, schedule, fee, and deliverables are stated before payment.
  • No fear-based claim is used to pressure enrollment or renewal.
  • No guaranteed promotion, revenue, healing, relationship, or supernatural event is promised.
  • The client retains responsibility for every consequential decision.
  • Appropriate medical, mental-health, legal, or financial professionals are recommended when needed.
  • No dependency is cultivated; the engagement ends after the selected 7- or 30-day period unless a separate future service is mutually chosen.

Confidentiality

Your identity, intention, personal circumstances, and conversations are treated as private. They are not used in marketing or shared with an employer, family member, sponsor, or referral source without your written permission, except where disclosure is required by law.

Corporate payment does not purchase access to session content. This is not a medical record, legal privilege, or emergency service; clients should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive records.

Practitioner authority

Why Nipun Aggarwal, MD, MBA

Dr. Nipun Aggarwal brings together more than 17 years of clinical and administrative experience, ABIM certification in Internal Medicine, 13 years of national health-plan Medical Director leadership, and an MBA in Healthcare Management.

That background does not convert spiritual practice into medical treatment. It does provide an unusual familiarity with evidence, uncertainty, fiduciary responsibility, executive pressure, confidential judgment, and the consequences of careless claims.

Alongside medicine and leadership, his contemplative discipline informs DhyaanGuru: a practice rooted in mantra, humility, personal responsibility, and respect for what cannot honestly be guaranteed.

Frequently asked questions

Direct answers before you apply.

Is this executive coaching?

No. It is a private spiritual engagement centered on sankalpa, mantra, cleansing prayer, personal practice, and responsible integration.

Which option should I choose?

Choose the seven-day intensive for one focused concern or to experience the method. Choose the thirty-day reset for prolonged burnout, recurring patterns, major transition, or deeper continuity.

Are there video sessions?

No. The seven-day intensive includes opening and closing telephone conversations. The thirty-day reset adds a midpoint call. All conversations are scheduled; there are no video calls.

What does DhyaanGuru perform?

A personally selected mantra discipline for 7 or 30 consecutive days, together with private energy-cleansing and karmic-pattern release prayers aligned with the agreed sankalpa.

What must I do?

Complete the intake honestly, attend the scheduled calls, maintain the assigned 10–20 minute daily practice, observe carefully, and take grounded action.

When might I notice something?

Some people notice internal changes in the first 10 days; other movement appears during the month or the following 30–90 days. No timetable is guaranteed.

Will this guarantee promotion, revenue, or a relationship?

No. Those may be areas of intention, but no external event, commercial result, healing outcome, or action by another person can be promised.

Why are the fees $2,500 and $6,700?

Each fee reserves a limited-capacity, individualized spiritual undertaking—not hourly access or a mass-produced course. The difference reflects the duration, number of calls, daily practice undertaken, recording, and depth of integration. Neither fee buys a guaranteed outcome.

Is there a payment plan?

No. The selected engagement is paid once after acceptance. There are no subscriptions, upsells, or automatic renewals.

Can my employer pay?

Yes, but payment does not grant the employer access to your application, intention, calls, or spiritual work without your written permission.

Is this confidential?

Your identity and content are treated as private, subject to legal requirements. Avoid sending unnecessary medical, financial, legal, or third-party records.

Is this medical or mental-health care?

No. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, provide crisis support, or create a physician–patient or therapist–client relationship.

What happens when the period ends?

The formal undertaking ends after 7 or 30 days. You receive the applicable closing guidance. Nothing renews automatically and continued work is not required.

Read enough to make an unhurried decision.
