Salutations to Narayana, the resting ground of all beings, the one who pervades every atom of creation.

Why chant this

Called the Ashtakshara (eight-syllable) mantra. Deep surrender, dissolves fear, protective for travel and sleep, calms the nervous system, and connects the practitioner to cosmic sustenance.

Pronunciation

Om — Na-mo — Naa-raa-ya-naa-ya. Roll the "r" softly, elongate every "aa".
