Meaning
I bow to the Divine Lord Vasudeva, the indweller of all beings, the son of Vasudeva who is Krishna himself.
Why chant this
The Dvadashakshara (twelve-syllable) mantra. Bhagavata Purana calls it the supreme mantra of the age. Lifts depression, awakens bhakti, purifies past karma, and grants moksha.
