The Three Doshas
Ayurveda — the science of life — teaches that every person is a unique blend of three doshas:
Vata (Air + Space) Quick, creative, restless. When imbalanced: anxiety, dry skin, poor sleep. **Balancing mantras:** So Hum, Om Namah Shivaya.
Pitta (Fire + Water) Sharp, driven, precise. When imbalanced: anger, inflammation, burnout. **Balancing mantras:** Om Namah Shivaya, Shanti mantras.
Kapha (Earth + Water) Stable, nurturing, slow. When imbalanced: heaviness, attachment, lethargy. **Balancing mantras:** Hare Krishna, energising Gayatri.
